René is passionate about engaging, empowering and enabling businesses to embed Health, Safety and Wellbeing in how they do business. René's speciality lies in the design and implementation of Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategies delivering improvement in business outcomes as well as safety and culture.
She has worked with many global organisations, developing strategic approaches to reduce risk and improve engagement across all levels. Her focus is on understanding the needs of the organisation's stakeholders at all levels, and applying specialist understanding and skills to design tailored approaches that ensure workable and sustainable improvement.

AMY MISZALSKI

SANA DIB
SENIOR LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT & COACH
Sana is a qualified Occupational Therapist with extensive field experience as a WHS professional, in complex industries ranging from aviation, food manufacturing to rehabilitation, and retail and local government, both nationally and internationally. Her strengths include building frontline and senior leadership capability and integrating safety and wellbeing as a fundamental component of overall good work design. She also has advanced technical skills and experience in strategy setting, safety management, occupational rehabilitation management, risk and change management, human factors and safety program development, audit and delivery.

DR SHARON BURDEN
SENIOR LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT & COACH
Dr Burden is an APHRA Registered Psychologist, Sports & Exercise Psychologist and Learning Specialist.
Sharon has over 20 years’ experience working as a workplace and performance psychologist. She has specialised in WHS and human factors, and their application in workplace settings in a diverse range of industries including mining, oil & gas, transport, aviation, and workers compensation.
In the earlier part of her career she spent time working with elite professional and Olympics sports people in her role as a sport psychologist, and as an academic researcher and lecturer in sport psychology.

JOHN LYNCH
SENIOR LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT & COACH
John is a leadership and behavioural safety coach with over 30 years WHS and industry experience.
His expertise and focus lies in using his WHS and industry experience (mining, construction, manufacturing, coal infrastructure and specialist engineering industries) to deliver improvements for individuals and organisations through group and one-on-one coaching. John is skilled at supporting people to connect with their professional purpose and vision, navigate through the challenges of new and unexpected phases, and guiding them through the next steps of life, career and leadership.

CAROLINE BURG
SENIOR RISK & ASSURANCE CONSULTANT
Caroline has 20 years' experience working in the Occupational Health and Safety industry and is a passionate advocate who works to build capacity with organisations and businesses, so safety performance continues to improve over time and remains sustainable.
Her speciality lies in the design, implementation and improvement of health and safety management systems. Caroline has worked with Federal, State, and Local government, health and community services, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, pharmaceutical, foresty and justice. She has also developed and delivered WHS training programs including induction, risk management, diversity and conflict, manual handling, forlift induction and Health & Safety Representative training.

NEIL NORMAN
SYSTEMS & ASSURANCE CONSULTANT
Neil has extensive experience in developing, establishing, and reviewing client’s health and safety management systems and safe systems of work including policies, strategic plans, risk assessments, asbestos management plans, safe work method statements, risk registers, and hazardous substance management plans, Neil is a perfect fit with the ethos of SafetyWorks.
Neil is a passionate health and safety professional with over 20 years’ experience working across a wide range of industries within the public and private sectors, including mining, transportation and warehousing, construction, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, the arts and State and Federal Government Agencies.
He has held line management positions with nation-wide responsibilities across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region with his skills extending to application of Safety Useability Mapping principles to help organisations simplify comprehensive and/or complex WHSMS’s or procedural documentation.

JAYDEN LIM
RISK & ASSURANCE CONSULTANT
Jayden is a Brisbane based health and safety professional with over 7 years experience in the delivery of world class projects and working with large global organisations across both the public and private sector in a range of high risk industries (transport & logistics, construction, mining, oil & gas, infrastructure) to achieve best in class health and safety performance and continuous improvement.
His strength is in working closely with businesses to understand their needs, design and implement HSE solutions that match their HSE maturity, and that are fit for purpose.
Jayden is an experienced Lead Auditor, having developed and implemented audit programs and auditing activities across a variety of organisations against internal standards, statutory requirements (Work, Health, Safety/Rail Safety National Law/Heavy Vehicle National Law) and external standards (AS 4801/45001 and OHAS 18001).

sustain safety and wellbeing performance for individuals, teams and

local, state and federal governments.
Terry is always on the lookout for opportunities to support and influence learning and personal growth for both himself and his clients.

SALLY TURBITT
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Sally is a librarian with over 20 years' experience in project management, information systems and management, content creation and marketing and stakeholder engagement. She is skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships, driving engagement with products and services, and navigating and supporting the use of new technologies. She has worked in academic, special and public libraries, medical research governance, not-for-profit organisations and investment banking.
She is focused on supporting our clients and consultants to deliver best practice WHS outcomes and communicating the benefits of collaborating with SafetyWorks.

LIZ WALKER
SENIOR TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
Liz has over 20 years experience as a bookkeper and business administrator for small to medium size businesses. She is focused on the business administration at SafetyWorks including monitoring and reporting of financials, and supporting our consultants to deliver services. Liz is happiest working "behind the scenes" supporting the objectives and values of SafetyWorks Consulting.
