Karolina is an experienced strategist and methodologist, with extensive experience across the areas of workplace mental health, occupational rehabilitation, HSE, HR advisory and organisational design.

She has developed mental health, HR and Communications strategies for many mid and large sized employers, with a particular focus on strategy integration locally and internationally.

Karolina has provided advisory services and subject matter expertise for organisations and government departments faced with their most complex People problems.

She has provided advisory services, undertaken policy reviews and redesigned organisations with clients across a broad range of industries. Her main clients have been top tier law firms, employers in the oil gas and mining industries, financial services, private health, life and income protection insurers and workers compensation insurance companies.

CAROLINE BURG

SENIOR RISK & ASSURANCE CONSULTANT

Caroline has 20 years' experience working in the Occupational Health and Safety industry and is a passionate advocate who works to build capacity with organisations and businesses, so safety performance continues to improve over time and remains sustainable.

Her specialty lies in the design, implementation and improvement of health and safety management systems. Caroline has worked with Federal, State, and Local government, health and community services, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, pharmaceutical, forestry and justice. She has also developed and delivered WHS training programs including induction, risk management, diversity and conflict, manual handling, forklift induction and Health & Safety Representative training.

Kelly is a registered Psychologist with extensive experience in organisational culture transformation, specifically in the areas of leadership development and employee experience. Her expertise lies in strategic realignment, change management, leadership capability growth and workshop facilitation. With an extensive background in consulting, both internal and external, Kelly has honed her ability to partner with clients in the co-creation of contemporary solutions to address their core needs, not just the symptoms of a problem. 

Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with clients on many large-scale organisational culture programs and has led the design and implementation of multi-tiered leadership development programs, as well as change and communications streams for many technology projects. A highly experienced facilitator, she has run training workshops and conducted career coaching for audiences ranging from frontline staff all the way through to senior leaders. Passionate about psychological health and wellbeing, Kelly is a keen advocate for the creation of inclusive, empowering and inspiring organisational cultures in workplaces across Australia.

Katie is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist. Katie has worked Australia-wide with private, not-for-profit and government clients in the areas of workplace mental health and wellbeing strategy development, psychosocial risk management, coaching, psychometric assessment and leadership development. 

Katie also has experience in the banking and mining sectors, designing and implementing workplace mental health and wellbeing strategies with a focus on proactive, systemic interventions that improve employee wellbeing and performance.
