Kelly is a registered Psychologist with extensive experience in organisational culture transformation, specifically in the areas of leadership development and employee experience. Her expertise lies in strategic realignment, change management, leadership capability growth and workshop facilitation. With an extensive background in consulting, both internal and external, Kelly has honed her ability to partner with clients in the co-creation of contemporary solutions to address their core needs, not just the symptoms of a problem. 

Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with clients on many large-scale organisational culture programs and has led the design and implementation of multi-tiered leadership development programs, as well as change and communications streams for many technology projects. A highly experienced facilitator, she has run training workshops and conducted career coaching for audiences ranging from frontline staff all the way through to senior leaders.
