Kelly is a registered Psychologist with extensive experience in employee experience and organisational culture transformation, specifically in the area of leadership development. Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with clients from a variety of sectors on large-scale organisational culture change programs and has led the design and implementation of multi-tiered leadership development programs. With a strong background in human resources and organisational development, Kelly’s expertise also lies in the measurement and strategic improvement of all stages of the employee life cycle – she is passionate about driving both employee wellbeing and organisational success.
A highly experienced facilitator, Kelly has run training workshops and conducted coaching for audiences ranging from frontline staff all the way through to senior leaders. With a background in consulting, both internal and external, Kelly has honed her ability to partner with clients in the co-creation of contemporary solutions to address their core needs, not just the symptoms of a problem.
