Caroline over 20 years' experience working in the Occupational Health and Safety industry and is a passionate advocate who works to build capacity with organisations and businesses, so safety performance continues to improve over time and remains sustainable.

Her specialty lies in the design, implementation and improvement of health and safety management systems. Caroline has worked with Federal, State, and Local government, health and community services, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, pharmaceutical, forestry and justice. She has also developed and delivered WHS training programs including induction, risk management, diversity and conflict, manual handling, forklift induction and Health & Safety Representative training.
