Client Project Manager

We are looking for an all-rounder, can-do person, to fill the role of Client Project Manager. This may be a full time or part time role depending on the candidate and what they bring to the role.   

The role:

The main responsibilities will include overseeing the client experience, providing first level of support for client queries and proposals, coordinating client liaison, assisting consultants with client and job management, organisation and administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify new client opportunities through a range of platforms including panels and tenders
  • Along with team Consultants, engage potential clients and gather an understanding of their needs
  • Managing client database (Hubspot), including tracking and forecasting proposals and deals
  • Manage client surveys and reporting on Qualtrics’ platform.  [more]


The ideal candidate would have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years client engagement experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications or similar.
  • High proficiency in Office 365 products, particularly, PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in managing a CRM, preferably Hubspot.  [more]

Senior Safety Leadership Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Safety Leadership Consultant who is an experienced change agent specialising in positively influencing safety and wellbeing outcomes in organisations. To be successful in this role, previous experience in consulting and coaching senior leadership teams to adopt a positive safety culture is essential.

The role:

You will apply leading practices in safety and wellbeing, to coach our client organisation’s leaders and team members to engage in new ways of thinking about safety and wellbeing that supports a workplace where people are thriving.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Offer thought leadership in leading ways to elevate and embed exceptional safety and wellbeing outcomes in an ever-changing workplace context
  • Work with large organisations, with multidisciplinary teams, at a range of levels from Board to front-line, to deliver change programs

  • A minimum 8 years’ experience as a Safety Leadership Consultant or Organisational Psychologist, working in or with large corporate and government organisations

Workplace Health Safety Risk and Assurance Consultant

We are looking for experienced Workplace Health & Safety, Risk and Assurance Consultant. If you excel in initiating, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in WHS, risk or assurance and relevant tertiary qualification take a look below at our exciting new role!

The role:

As a WHS Risk and Assurance Consultant, you’ll manage projects from the initial proposal stage when we’re curious about a client’s specific needs, to developing an authentic solution that will be sustainable and “stick” for that client, all the way through to completing the project and seeking client feedback, experimenting, learning, and adjusting as you go.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting and analysing clients’ needs and develop ideal solutions to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Undertaking risk and compliance audits for our clients
  • Facilitating risk management activities
  • Reviewing client’s WHS Management Systems and assist clients improve their WHS management

  • At least 8 - 10 years in a similar role, working in or with large corporate and government organisations
  • Bachelor degree in WHS or aligned discipline, essential
  • A sound working knowledge of WHS legislation across Australia and of WHSMS design and implementation.
