OHS Training Needs Analysis

"What do my people need to know?......"

What training do you need to provide? What competencies do your people need to have?

We can identify relevant training and competencies that you require based on an analysis of your organisation's functions, activities and risks as well as statutory requirements.

Develop an appropriate training strategy that optimizes your organisation's resources so that the right training is provided to the right people. Integrate with existing Training Plans for management, supervisors and employees.

Statutory Training

We can provide accredited training in the NSW OHS Consultation course for your OHS team. This four-day course is compulsory for OHS Committees and OHS Representatives in NSW. It is also suitable for a range of management, supervisory and employee personnel who require a solid foundation in OHS knowledge and practice.

We can also provide an OHS Committee Refresher training (1 day), incorporating team exercises with updated knowledge and practice to give your OHS Team a "boost".

While the core training materials are pre-set, we customize each course for the specific requirements and applications of your organization.

We also have a network of recommended providers for other statutory training, including

  • Return to Work Co-ordinator
  • Construction Industry Induction
