Krista Nash

Krista has spent 23 years working in the field of Behavioural Science implementing the theory and practice of behavioural and organisational change models across a variety of industries corporate, manufacturing and mining. Her focus has been to develop and facilitate peak safety and leadership performance for all stakeholders throughout individual organisations.

As a Senior Consultant for SafetyWorks Group Pty Ltd, Krista has been integral in Project Managing RBS (Reinforcement Based Behavioural Safety) Implementations across Australia and New Zealand. In affiliation with Aubrey Daniels International, Krista also works with corporate leadership teams delivering and coaching Precision LeadershipTM - a behavioural approach to developing and managing Profitable Habits within organisations to improve targeted performance.

Krista’s practical experience was derived from working 2 years as an underground copper and zinc miner in Victoria, Australia. This experience was later used to lecture for the Victorian Chamber of Mines to individual mining companies regarding best practice in the industry; specifically Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental issues.

Krista has her BS from the University of Michigan (USA) in Mathematics and Earth Science with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Diploma of Education. She integrates the practice of Neuro Linguistic Programming with behavioural technology to encourage employees and managers to go beyond the world of ‘have to’ into the more sustainable and profitable world of ‘want to’ which, when pinpointed, measured and reinforced will drive current and future business success.
