Kerry Walker - Principal Consultant

Kerry Walker has 15 years experience in line safety leadership and providing specialist consultant/mentoring support to a diverse range of organisations in developing management systems for performance improvement.

In working as a project leader in the design, commissioning and operations of chemical processing plant and in its construction Kerry brings to the group unique organisational skills and an ability to engage people for discretionary effort. These generalist skills have been further enhanced in her consulting work implementing OHS management systems and being able to engage all levels of an organisation in their use and maintenance.

Also, Kerry has worked in a senior Occupational Health and Safety management role in private industry for 5 years. During this time she was trained in the Du Pont corporation Safety Management techniques for safety professionals and line managers, and implemented a number of associated Safety Management Programs.

Kerry has a Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in OH&S from Newcastle University, the Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor, and OHS Auditor training by QAS.
