Jess Ludwig - Consultant

Jess has joined SafetyWorks from USA partner company Aubrey Daniels International. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, and received her psychology degree at Western Michigan University. Jess has completed a Masters degree at Florida State University, specializing in Organisational Behaviour Psychology. Her training in Behaviour Analysis has led her to work in settings including health care facilities, non-profit organisations, council services and power and steel industries. As a behaviour change agent in these various facilities, Jess gained fluency in behavioural diagnostics, implementing systematic strategies to influence behaviour, and the use of coaching to ensure lasting organisational change.

Jess' training and expertise in Precision Leadership enables her to effectively promote positive behaviour management skills, including the use of data-based practices such as measurement, feedback and reinforcement - these methods, which are empirically proven effective, assist organizations in unlocking Discretionary Effort and building safe habits.
