This includes leadership coaching for management, which identifies the behaviours required for safe habits at all levels in the organisation. The leadership elements underpin these processes to ensure long term sustainability.
This behaviour/culture change technology is based on more than 150 implementations adapted to a diverse range of client needs in Australia, Singapore and PNG.
In 2005 SWG further extended their ability to use behaviour-based technology to enable leaders at all levels to consistently pinpoint, measure and reinforce the required behaviours across all areas of the business by establishing an alliance with Aubrey Daniels International (ADI).
Hence in addition to our specialised consulting and in affiliation with ADI we now provide services including Precision Leadership® & Coaching support to our clients.
