Christie Fullarton - Graduate Psychologist

Christie has been with the group for 3 years with a principal focus of conducting the Safety Culture Surveys across a broad range of manufacturing, mining and retail organisations. Christie works with clients to develop and deploy Action Plans, which address issues identified in the employee surveys and monitors progress.

As part of her Masters Degree at Deakin University, Christie is carrying out a research project to determine the link between an organisation's Attitudes & Beliefs and safety performance. Progress reports are presented at the bi-annual Networking Conferences.

Christie has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology/Film & Media), Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (professional Psychology) and a Masters of Organisational Psychology.
