Carolyn Hands - Consultant

Carolyn brings to SafetyWorks Group over 6 years of experience as a personal and executive coach to many business and professional people. Many of her clients have been high achievers who choose to partner with Carolyn to achieve new levels of satisfaction from both their personal and working lives. She has also worked with individuals and groups who have been experiencing conflict or challenges within the workplace. She has a passion to inspire people to gain clarity and focus and then to achieve the outcomes they desire.

Carolyn also has 12 years of workplace health, safety and injury management experience in a range of industries such as engineering, manufacturing, health and aged care, newspaper printing and many more. Her clients have come from both the public and private sectors which has provided her with comprehensive experience of many of the issues faced by people in the workplace today.

Carolyn has joined the SafetyWorks Group team in the delivery of the Precision Leadership Coaching Program where her experience, training and expertise are all utilised.

Carolyn’s education and training includes a Graduate Diploma in Applied Science (OHS), Intensive Coach Training Program, Business Coach Training, Intuitive Coach Training, Coaches Toolkit Training, Build Your Practice Training, Team Coaching Training, Workplace Assessment Cat II, previously WorkCover Accredited Trainer in OHS Consultation and authorised to deliver the 2 day WorkCover Accredited Rehabilitation Course. Her early qualifications were as a Registered Nurse and a Certificate in Orthopaedic Nursing.
