Dr. Aubrey Daniels

Aubrey C. Daniels, PH.D, Founder & Chairman of the Board of Aubrey Daniels Internation (ADI) is an author, speaker and internationally recognised expert on behaviour-based technologies.

Aubrey is on the Board of Trustees of the Cambridge Centre for Behavioural Studies, was Associate of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government from 1991-2001, and is current a current presenter at the Center for Management Research Leadership Seminars.

He and his team advise companies on management and human performance issues such as leadership, coaching and mentoring, selection and retention, safety, quality, productivity, compenstion and rewards, morale and culture, performance systems, employee skill mastery, and change management. Dr Daniels and his fellow instructors have a combined experience of over half a century in the behavioural change field.
